Managing multi-channel distribution network, with extensive client base, while delivering different account needs across Singapore requires an unprecedented application management that is secured and seamless for their role within the entity.


At the time of our engagement, the team of agents are required to log on to multiple applications for due diligence, as well as to deliver requirements when developing a Policy. The approach is time-consuming as the agents have to go through multiple levels of authentication, let alone having to reset a new password combination periodically.


Our client needed a user-friendly application for their agents, empower them the right tools to improve productivity, hence enable them to focus on selling more.
